We are located at B15 in the Satguru CHS, which is near Nakhawa High School on Tilak Road in Kopari, Thane East. It’s a convenient spot because it’s not too far from the station. You can usually hear the school bell ringing or the kids during their break time, which reminds us of the time of day. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. We handle various engineering tasks here, mostly involving a lot of paperwork and technical planning. It’s a small, functional space where we have all our stuff organized in a way that only we understand. Some of the desks are a bit old, and the chairs squeak, but it works for us. Tilak Road can get pretty busy with pedestrians and shops, so there’s always something to look at if you take a break by the window. We mostly just keep our heads down and get through the projects we have on hand. It’s a lot of double-checking figures and making sure the drawings are right. Usually, we go out for a quick tea in the afternoon at a stall nearby. It’s a simple life here in Thane, and we like the routine of coming to this office and working with the team we’ve had for years.
