Eskayem Consultants Pvt Ltd is located in Thane, right in Room No 12 on the first floor of Ram Niwas. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character compared to the new glass towers coming up everywhere. Maharashtra can get pretty hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work. Getting up to the first floor isn’t too bad, and we have a decent view of the street from here. We do a lot of consulting work, which basically means we spend our time talking to clients and looking at data. Thane has changed a lot since we first set up shop. The traffic on the roads outside seems to get heavier every year. Our office is a bit small, but it fits what we need. We have some old wooden desks and cabinets full of folders. It’s a practical space where we can focus without too many distractions. We don’t really do much advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the address. It’s just a handful of us working here. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to everything. Most days are pretty standard, just working through the list of things that need to be done for the folks who hire us. There is always someone dropping off papers or asking for a quick meeting.
