Our spot is in the B 4 section of the Eureka Building, which sits inside the Ravi Raj Complex here in Thane. It’s a busy area, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to find a parking spot. We’ve been in this space for a while now, and it has definitely started to feel like home. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’ve got too much going on to worry about that right now. There are stacks of files on the desks and a few plants that we occasionally remember to water. We’re in the 401105 area, so the local shops are just a short walk away. Most of us take the train and then a rickshaw to get here. It isn't a high-rise glass tower, just a solid building where we come to do our jobs every day. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away at our computers. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all take a collective breather until it comes back. There isn't much formality here. We eat our lunch together in the small pantry area and talk about the weekend or the cricket score. It’s a plain, honest workspace where we try to stay organized despite the constant flow of paperwork coming through the door. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture, just getting the work done and heading home.
