We are set up in Badlapur West, right on Barrage Road. The office is actually in Shri Gajanan Bunglow, which makes it feel a lot more like home than a workplace. It’s a bit of a walk from the station but not too bad if the weather is okay. We handle a lot of data and management tasks here. Most of the time it’s just the sound of typing and the fan overhead. Being in a bungalow means we have a bit of a garden outside, though we don't spend much time in it. We have computers lined up in what used to be a living room. It’s a practical way to work. We don't have a big sign out front or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door opens it. Kulgaon is a decent place to be based, things are a bit slower than the main city which we like. We stay busy with our computations and keeping everything organized for our clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes here. We take our tea breaks together in the small kitchen. It’s a simple life. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big talk. We just do the work we’re given and try to stay on top of the numbers every single day.
