We are based in Thane at Rustomjee Urbania, specifically in the Azziano Phase I building. It is a busy area and we have been working out of flat 1505 in the C wing for a while now. Getting things done here in Maharashtra keeps us pretty occupied most days. Most people around here know the complex as it is quite large. We handle our day-to-day work from this spot. It isn't a massive corporate office with a lobby or anything like that, just our workspace where we focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the lift takes forever in these tall buildings but it is a good spot to be. We are not trying to be some giant global entity, just a local group doing our thing. Life in Thane is fast, but we manage to keep up with the pace. We mostly just stick to our routine and make sure the work gets out the door. It is a flat that we have converted into a functional space to run Effitech Solutions Llp. There is usually coffee on and someone typing away. We do not really do fancy presentations or anything like that. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the urbania township. It is a decent place to work and the view from the 15th floor is alright too. We have been here long enough that the security guards know us by name now. Just a regular setup where we try to stay on top of our emails and projects without making a big fuss about it.
