Edelweiss Capital Limited

We are located over at 701 Vishnu Nivas Apartments, which is on Plot 42 in the Brahmin CHS area of Thanewest. Living and working in Mumbai400602 means you get used to the suburban sprawl pretty quickly. Edelweiss Capital Limited is our name, but we are just another office in this apartment complex. Having an office in a residential society like Brahmin CHS gives the place a different vibe than a downtown high-rise. You see families going about their business while we are trying to manage capital. It is a bit of a mix. The 701 unit is high enough to get a decent breeze, which helps when the air conditioning is struggling in the afternoon heat. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms, and the balcony is where we usually go to take a phone call or just breathe for a minute. It is a quiet building for the most part, which is nice for focusing. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby with marble floors. You just come up the elevator and knock on the door. It is a very humble setup for Edelweiss Capital Limited, but it serves us well enough. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the paperwork that piles up every week. The neighbors are mostly friendly and don't mind us being there during the day. It is a good place to focus.
