Bhayenderpada is a bit far out for some people, but it’s a nice enough area to work in. The complex is huge, so sometimes delivery people get lost trying to find our block. We deal with information technology stuff here every day. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have our desks set up near the balcony so we get some natural light. Ghodbunder Road is always a mess with traffic, so we tend to stay put once we get in. There isn’t a lot of "corporate" vibe here; it’s more about just getting the work done. We drink coffee, look at data, and try to keep things moving. The building has good security, which is a plus. It’s just a small team of us working through whatever projects are on the list. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. Most of the time, it's just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. It’s a practical way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary overhead of a downtown office. We just take things one day at a time and focus on our computers. It is simple and we like it that way. We stay pretty busy most weeks.
