Our office is over in Ghansoli, right in Sector 21 at Plot 65. We work out of Flat No. 103, so it feels more like a home than a stiff business place. Ghansoli is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good area once you get used to the pace here. We’ve got our computers set up and we spend the day handling whatever tasks come our way. Usually, someone is always running late because of the local train, but that’s Mumbai life for you. The building is decent and we know the watchman well. We aren’t doing anything flashy, just focusing on our work and making sure we get through the pile of things on our desks. Sometimes we go out to get vada pav for lunch if it's a busy day. The office is basically just a room with desks and chairs and a small kitchen area where we keep the snacks. It’s practical. We don’t have those big reception areas or anything. If you come by, you just knock on the door of 103. Being in Sector 21 is nice because it’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the city. We just stay here, do the work, and then head home when the sun goes down. It’s a simple setup for a small team, and it works for what we need to do each day. We often leave the windows open to get a breeze, even if it gets a bit dusty.
