Dipti Tools

Dipti Tools is based in Kalwa, at 50/201 in Manisha Nagar. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, and our place is tucked into the neighborhood. We deal with various tools, mostly the kind of things people need for small workshops or home repairs. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a big staff or any corporate rules. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the orders and making sure the stock is correct. The room we work out of is filled with the smell of new metal and plastic packaging. We don’t have a website where you can click buttons to buy things; people usually just call us or come over to the address in Manisha Nagar. We spend a lot of time organizing the shelves because things tend to get messy when we’re busy. Kalwa is a busy place, and there’s always someone looking for a specific tool that they can't find in the bigger stores. We try to keep a bit of everything on hand. It’s a modest business and we don't have any big plans to expand or move. We like being in this part of town where we can get to know our customers. Sometimes we sit and chat with people about their projects while they look at the tools. It’s just a simple shop where we work hard and try to stay organized. We don't do anything fancy, just provide tools to whoever needs them.
