Our office is in Sadguru Solitaire, located in the Kafar Vadavali area along Ghodbunder Road. It is a well-known building in this part of Thane. We are involved in the automotive side of things, specifically manufacturing. The location is good because being on Ghodbunder Road means we are connected to the main transport routes. The building itself is quite modern, but our workspace is purely for business. We spend the day coordinating with the factory floor and managing the supply of parts. There is always a lot of back-and-forth communication. It can get pretty hectic when a big order is being processed. We have a team of people who have been in the car industry for a long time. It is not a showroom where you come to look at cars; it is more about the technical parts that go inside them. The area around Sadguru Solitaire is growing fast, so there is always construction going on. We usually have our lunch at the small stalls nearby. The office gets a lot of natural light, which is good for looking at technical drawings. We do not have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on the fact that we have been doing this for years. It is a lot of checking lists and making sure the quality is where it needs to be. We keep things professional but it is a very down-to-earth environment. Everyone here knows their job and we just get on with it daily.
