Dipesh Chandarana

I am Dipesh Chandarana and my office is located in the Sai Gita Building. We are right opposite the Ashvini Hospital in Bhayandar East. It’s a very easy place to find because the hospital is such a well-known landmark in this area. I’ve been operating from this building for several years now. My office is not anything grand. It’s just a simple room with the basic things I need to do my job. I don't have a big staff or any fancy corporate branding. It’s just me and a few tools of the trade. I like to keep things straightforward. If someone comes to me with a problem, I tell them honestly what I can do to help. I don't like using complicated language or making big promises. I just focus on the work itself. Being in Bhayandar East is good because it’s a lively area with lots of people. Sometimes the noise from the street can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. I handle all my own appointments and paperwork. It’s a lot of responsibility, but I prefer it that way. Most of my regulars are people from the neighborhood who know me by sight. I’m not looking to expand into some giant company. I’m quite content just doing my work here in the Sai Gita Building and being part of the local community. I've seen businesses come and go in Bhayandar East, but I just keep doing my thing. The building is where I belong for now.
