Digifocal It Solutions Private Limited is based in Thane West at Swastik Plaza. Our office is number 233, located right on Pokhran Road Number 2. It’s quite close to the Voltas building, which most people in Thane know as a major landmark. The plaza is a busy spot with lots of different businesses operating out of it, so there are always people coming and going. Our space is on the second floor. It’s a standard commercial unit with fluorescent lights and basic office furniture. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a lounge for visitors. Instead, it’s just an open area where we sit and work on our computer screens all day. The windows look out onto the street, so you can see the cars and buses stuck in the Thane traffic. We usually start our day around nine or ten and stay until the work is finished. There isn't much in the way of decoration, just some calendars on the wall and maybe a few personal items on the desks. We deal with various IT problems and solutions as they come up. Most of the time, we are just talking among ourselves about technical stuff. It’s a down-to-earth environment where we focus on getting the tasks done. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else. The building has a lift, but we often just take the stairs since it's only on the second floor.
