Dawnay Day Av

Our office for Dawnay Day Av is located in Badlapur West, at Jai Saideep Apartment. We are on Samarth Nagar Barrage Road, which gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. The building is a regular apartment block, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. We have desks set up where the living room would be. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, taking the local train and then a rickshaw, but we are used to it by now. The air smells a bit like the river sometimes because we are near the barrage. We do a lot of advisory work, which mostly means reading and talking to people about their plans. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of values printed on the wall. We just try to be honest with the people who come to see us and do the work they pay us for. The chairs are a bit old and the paint is peeling in the corner, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. During the monsoon season, the sound of the rain against the glass is quite something. We usually close up around six and head back to the station. It’s a simple life and a simple business, nothing more than that. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to be helpful.
