Our office for Davis Langdon Seah Consulting India Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Kishori Apartment, specifically room 203. We are right behind Savani Transport in the Panchpakhadi area of Thane. It’s a residential building, so it feels quite private and quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve turned the rooms into a functional workspace where we handle all the cost consulting and project management stuff. There are plenty of shelves filled with binders and a few workstations squeezed into the main room. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the neighborhood is decent. We don’t have any fancy lobby or a doorman. You just come up the stairs and find us working away. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking about budgets. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. Sometimes the neighbors are moving things around, or you hear the normal sounds of an apartment block, but it doesn’t bother us much. We’ve got a good routine going here. We make our own coffee and try to keep the desk clutter under control, though that’s easier said than done when there are so many project plans involved. It’s just a regular spot in Thane where we get our business done without any unnecessary drama or polish. It suits the way we work perfectly well, and we like the local atmosphere here.
