Damas

Damas is found at Flat No 1, Building No 4 in Saigram Chs. We are on Adharwadi Road, right opposite Chanakya Nagar in Kalyan West. It is a residential-style setup, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed. We have been in Thane for a while now. The building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it is a good place to work. We do not have a big fancy lobby. You just come to the door and knock. Inside, it is mostly just desks and a few filing cabinets. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our daily work without too much trouble. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy. We do not mind it much. Our team is just a few local people who live nearby. We handle the tasks as they come through. There is not a lot of corporate culture here. We just drink our coffee and get to work. If someone has a problem, we talk it out across the room. It is a simple way of doing things at Damas. We do not have any brochures to give you, just our time and the work we do. It is a quiet spot in Kalyan where we keep things moving at our own speed.
