Our office is located in Flat 203 on the second floor of Balaji Annex A, right in the Ramdev Park area of Mira Road. It’s a busy part of Thane, and we’re situated right across from the Uco Bank, which is the easiest landmark to give people. Since we’re in an apartment building, the space feels a lot more personal than a typical office block. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make our own tea and a few rooms filled with computers. We provide various services to our clients, mostly focused on the technical side of things. There isn’t a big sign outside, so you have to know where you’re going to find us in Wing A. The elevator is a bit temperamental sometimes, but the stairs aren't too bad for just two floors. We’ve been operating here for several years now and have gotten to know the other residents in the building. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where we don’t have to worry about wearing ties or following strict corporate rules. We just sit down, do our work, and try to help out whoever calls us. If things get busy, we might stay late, but usually, we like to wrap things up and head out before the Mira Road traffic gets completely stuck. We’re just a regular group of people doing our best to run a small business in Maharashtra.
