We are based out of Thane, right here in the 401107 area of Maharashtra. It started a few years back because we realized people just needed a place to call when things went wrong with their stuff. Customer Care Service I Pvt Ltd isn't some giant glass building. We have a regular office where we sit and take calls all day. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, the phones are ringing quite a bit. It gets humid here in Thane, especially during the monsoon, but we show up anyway. We’ve got a small team. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the trains are delayed, which happens more than we'd like. We handle a lot of different queries. It’s mostly just listening to people and trying to find the right paperwork or the right answer for them. We don't have a fancy cafeteria or anything like that. We usually just order tea from the stall downstairs or bring lunch from home in those steel tiffins. It's a simple setup. We focus on getting through the list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait for it to come back before we can finish the logs. It’s just how things go. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most people in the building know us. We just keep our heads down and do the work we need to do.
