Crystal Roadways

Our office is over at Ostwal Park, 4 B 108, in Thane. It’s more of a home base for the road work we do every day. Being in transport means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules and maps. It's definitely not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of coordination involved with drivers and timings. We have a small team here. Most of us have been doing this for years and we know the roads pretty well. We know the shortcuts and we know where the delays usually happen. Maharashtra traffic can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, so we spend a lot of time figuring things out on the fly. The office itself is pretty basic. A few desks, some old maps on the wall, and way too many coffee cups everywhere. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. If something needs doing, whoever is free just jumps in and does it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address or a glass building. Ostwal Park is a decent place to be based. It's easy for the drivers to get to when they need to drop off paperwork. We deal with people fairly and honestly, the way we'd want to be treated. That's really all there is to it. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy vision. We just want to get things from one place to another without too much trouble for anyone. It's hard work, but we're used to it.
