Our office for Creo Ifs Pvt. Ltd. is over at B 5, 202, Green Acres, Phase 2. We are situated in Waghdil, right along the Godhbunder Road in Thane West. It’s a growing part of the city, and there’s always new construction happening nearby. We handle facility services, which means we spend a lot of time making sure other people’s buildings are running okay. Our actual office is pretty small because most of our staff is out in the field at various sites. It’s usually just a couple of us here handling the admin work and answering the phones. We have a few computers and a lot of logbooks where we track all the maintenance jobs. The Godhbunder Road traffic is just part of our daily life, and we usually plan our site visits around it. We’ve been at this location for a good while. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just a functional space where we get the paperwork done. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and going over the week’s schedule. We just focus on getting the jobs done and making sure our technicians are where they need to be. It’s steady work and we’ve built up a decent reputation just by being reliable and showing up.
