Creative Engineering & Medical System

We operate out of 395 Estate Udyog Kendr 2. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, which actually suits us fine because it’s a lot quieter out here. Creative Engineering & Medical System isn’t a huge operation. We have a small workshop area and a few desks where we handle the technical side of things. The unit is mostly functional, with white walls and bright lights so we can see what we’re doing when we work on the medical equipment. There’s a lot of focus involved in what we do, so the atmosphere is usually pretty serious, though we do crack some jokes during tea breaks. We have a small fridge in the corner for lunches and a water cooler that always seems to be empty just when you’re thirsty. The estate itself is full of other small businesses like ours, so there’s a sense of everyone just trying to get their work done. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up, working on a machine or looking at a technical drawing. It’s not glamorous work, and the office isn't something you’d see in a magazine, but it’s where we do our best thinking. We stick to a routine, starting early in the morning and staying until the job is finished, which is just how we like to operate. We are just a group of people doing our jobs.
