Craftcomm Farms Private Limited

We are based out of a flat in Jai Ganesh society, specifically A 501 in Sector 20 of Kharghar. It might seem strange to have a farm-related company in Navi Mumbai, but we make it work. Living in Raigarh gives us a different view on how food gets from the ground to the table. Craftcomm Farms is our way of staying connected to the land while being close to the city. We aren't a big outfit with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to figure out a decent way to manage agricultural projects from here. We spend a lot of time on the phone and traveling out to where the actual growing happens. The traffic in Navi Mumbai can be a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our office is basically where we live and breathe the business. We don't use a lot of corporate talk because it doesn't feel real to us. We just want to get things done. Some days we are looking at maps, other days we are talking to suppliers. It’s a bit of a mix. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go along, and we’ve made our share of mistakes. But that’s how you learn, right? We’re just regular people trying to build something that lasts. It’s not always pretty, but it’s our work and we take it seriously. Every day brings a new challenge and we just face it.
