Conscript Hr Advisors is located in Shreeji Apartment, which is in Goddeo Village in Bhayander East. This is part of the Thane district, and it’s a very lived-in, local kind of area. We’re at A 201, so it’s a small office inside a residential building. That’s pretty common around here. It makes for a very different atmosphere than a skyscraper. We do HR work, but we don't act like those big recruitment firms you see on TV. We’re just a few people trying to help other people find their way in their careers or help businesses find staff. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and sorting through papers. Bhayander can be a bit of a commute for some, but being in Goddeo Village gives us a bit of a local base. We don't really have a grand vision or anything. We just take the assignments as they come in. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with kids playing or neighbors chatting, but it’s all part of the charm. We don't use a lot of fancy buzzwords. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we talk to. It’s a small business, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing reports. We don't mind the extra work. It keeps the day moving and we like being part of the community here in Thane.
