Confidential Navi Mumbai Maharashtra India An Inc 500 Comp

Our office is over in Navi Mumbai, 400709. It’s a bit different from the main city because things feel a little more spread out here. We’re an Inc 500 company, but if you walked into our office, you might not know it right away. It’s just a regular workplace with people sitting at their computers. We have a lot of windows, so there’s some decent light coming in during the day. The floors are that hard tile that makes a lot of noise when you walk in boots. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. The break room has a fridge that’s always a bit too full of everyone's lunch boxes. We spend a lot of time dealing with things in Maharashtra and even some stuff from overseas. It gets pretty quiet in the afternoons when everyone is focused. We don’t have a lot of big speeches or anything like that. We just come in, see what needs to be done, and do it. The area around the office is developing, so there’s usually some construction noise nearby. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s ours. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but the way we work hasn't changed much. It’s still just about putting in the hours and getting the job finished without too much noise or drama.
