Codium Techlabs Private Limited

We are based at Flat No F-801 in the Jay Balaji CHS Ltd. This is over in Sector No 6 in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. It is a quiet residential building, and we have been here for a while now. Being in a society like this makes it feel less like a typical office and more like a community. We mostly spend our days at our desks working on different tech projects. Codium Techlabs is just a small group of us. We aren't doing anything fancy. It is mostly software work and technical support. Nerul is a good spot because it is well-connected. We often walk down to the local market for tea or snacks during our breaks. The building is on Plot 26, which is easy to find if you know the area. Our office inside the flat is pretty simple. We have a few computers, some desks, and a lot of wires. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We don't have a big reception or a sign outside. It is just a door with our name on a small plate. Most people who come here are surprised it is inside a residential complex. We like it that way because it is peaceful. We just focus on our code and the tasks we have for the day. There is no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in and get the work done as it comes.
