Coderpyx Private Limited

Coderpyx Private Limited is located over in Sector 9 of Airoli. We’re in Flat B-11 on Plot E-29/48, which is actually part of the Diva area in Navi Mumbai. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s not like those big glass office buildings you see in the IT parks. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a home than a stiff office environment. A few of us get together here every morning to work on software and various digital tasks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do work that we can be proud of. The commute into Airoli can be a bit of a hassle sometimes with the local traffic, but once we’re at the desk, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We don't have any fancy titles or strict hierarchies. Everyone just chips in where they can and helps out. It’s a very hands-on environment. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. If a project is running late, we stay until it’s finished. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea, and that’s usually where we talk through our problems. Being in Navi Mumbai gives us a bit more space than being in the middle of Mumbai. It’s a practical location for us. We’ve been here for a bit now and have grown to like the neighborhood rhythm. It's a good place for a small team to get things done without distractions.
