Cmi -Fpe Ltd is located in Kalwa, which is part of the larger Thane area near Mumbai. We are in the Virat Apartment building, specifically unit A-705. It’s near Kishore Park and Parsik Nagar. Living and working around here means you get used to the hills and the constant movement of the city. The apartment we use for our office is up on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with work to look out the window much. It’s a small, tight-knit group here. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters, just this apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels a bit like home because, well, it’s an apartment building. We have our desks set up where the living room would be. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to focus. Most of the people who work here live in the nearby suburbs, so we all know the local trains and the traffic patterns on the roads around Parsik Nagar. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, do the jobs that need doing, and try to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a simple operation, really. No frills, no extra stuff, just a place to sit and work through the daily list of things to do. We keep some plants by the window to make it look a bit nicer, but that's about it.
