We operate out of Belapur, which is a key spot for us in Navi Mumbai. It's a hub for a lot of businesses, and we like being in the middle of it all. Our setup here is pretty basic. We have our workspace where we deal with all the engineering requirements that come our way. It isn't a fancy high-rise office with glass walls, just a practical place where we can focus on the technical details. We’ve got a mix of people on the team, some who have been here for years and some newer faces. We all just get along and do the work. Belapur is a good place because it’s well-connected. You can get here easily enough by train or road. We spend a lot of our time on calls and looking at project layouts. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. We try to keep things low-key. We aren't interested in making a big splash; we just want our engineering work to speak for itself. Sometimes we stay late when a project is wrapping up, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. There's plenty of good food around Belapur for lunch, which is a plus. Overall, it’s just a group of us working hard in a part of the city we know well. We're happy with how things are going and the people we work with every day.
