Ciron Pharma

Our place is located at N-118 in the M.I.D.C. area of Tarapur, Boisar. If you’ve been to Boisar, you know it’s mostly industrial units and factories. Ciron Pharma is one of those spots. It’s a large plot, which we need for all the equipment and storage. It’s not a pretty office building in a city center; it’s a working site. The noise from the nearby plants is always there, but we don't even hear it anymore. We spend our time here dealing with the production and logistics side of pharma. It’s dusty and hot, especially during the middle of the day. We have a small canteen area where we grab lunch. The gates are usually open for trucks coming in with raw materials. It’s hard work and the days can be long. We don’t have a marketing team writing glossy brochures for us. We just focus on the manufacturing and making sure things are done right. The staff mostly comes from the nearby towns. We’ve been part of the Tarapur M.I.D.C. for a long time. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of life here. No fancy suits, just work clothes and a lot of movement. We keep the machines running and the orders filled. That’s about all there is to it. The sun hits the roof pretty hard in the summer, making it quite warm inside, but we’ve got enough fans to keep the air moving around. It's just a typical industrial day for everyone here.
