Our workplace is located in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, specifically at B 602 in the Krishna Shiv Darshan building. If you are familiar with Sector 16, we are right there on Plot No 5. It is a decent spot to work from, even if the building gets a bit crowded during the morning rush. We do HR services here, which basically means a lot of sorting through resumes and talking to different people about work. Being in Navi Mumbai is nice because it is a bit more spaced out than the main city, though the trains are still a struggle for some of us. We have a small setup in the apartment complex. It’s practical and works for what we need to do. Most of the time, we are just busy answering emails or taking calls from clients. There isn't any fancy lobby or anything, just our desks and a lot of files. The local area has some good food stalls nearby which is where we usually end up for lunch. We have been working out of this Navi Mumbai office for some time now and it feels like home. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of us working through the daily grind of recruitment and staffing. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door or who calls, but we just take it as it comes. It is quiet most afternoons.
