We are located right on the ground floor of A Wing, specifically Shop 6, over in Bhayander East. It’s pretty easy to spot us because we are directly opposite the Prasanna Hotel. There is usually a lot of traffic around that area, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside the shop, we have stacks of paint cans reaching up toward the ceiling. The smell of fresh paint is something you get used to after working here for a few days. We handle all kinds of agencies and supplies for the local painters and homeowners. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. There is a small desk in the back where I keep the ledgers and receipts. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes while we unload new stock, but that is just part of the daily routine. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. People come in, ask for the color they want, and we find it for them. My clothes usually have a few splashes of white or blue on them by the time I head home. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces from the neighborhood. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep a small fan running by the counter. We usually close up right on time to catch the bus home.
