Chatterjee Group

Chatterjee Group is tucked away in Shop No 2 of the Sheetal Sarita Building. We are in Sheetal Nagar, which is quite close to the MTNL office here in Mira Road. It’s a busy little corner. We’ve been operating from this shop for some time now. It’s not a huge place, but it serves us well. We handle property matters and some other local services. Most of the time, the shop is filled with files and some old chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We aren't those fancy real estate people you see on TV. We’re just local guys who know the streets of Mira Road. If you need to know about a building or a plot, we probably have some info on it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood. Sometimes the tea stall next door is where we do most of our talking. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy. We like being near the MTNL office because everyone knows that landmark. It makes it easier for people to find us. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. We just tell you what the situation is. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My brother helps out with the paperwork. We keep things moving. It’s just honest work in a busy part of town.
