If you are coming off the train at Nerul Railway Station, you can pretty much see where we are. We are in Balaji Sadan, at Plot A60-61 in Sector 20. It’s a very busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there’s always noise from the traffic and the station outside. We are on the ground floor, room 101, so it’s easy for people to just walk in. This Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd branch sees a lot of commuters. People stop in on their way to work or when they’re coming home in the evening. The office is pretty basic. We have the usual bank counters and a few desks for the staff. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don't really do the whole polished corporate look. It's more about being functional. We help folks with their savings accounts and passbooks. Dealing with the crowd can be a bit much on some days, especially when the trains are running late and everyone is in a hurry. But we’ve been here long enough to get used to the pace of Nerul West. It’s a convenient spot for the local shopkeepers too. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. Most people just know us because we’re right there across from the station. We just keep our heads down and get the banking work done for the day. There is no need for anything fancy when people just want to get their business handled quickly.
