You can find us at A 11, Tukaram Smruti, which is situated in Kailas Nagar. This is the Dombivli West side of things. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded and loud, especially around the station. Our office is tucked away in this particular building. It is a very modest place, really. We have got Cbay Systems India Pvt Ltd written on a small board near the entrance. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us all talk to each other without having to shout across the room. It is mostly quiet work, though. We spend a lot of time working on our systems. The building itself is a bit older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We like being in Dombivli because it is where most of us grew up or live now. The commute is just a quick walk or a rickshaw ride for some of us. We do not have a big HR department or a fancy cafeteria. Usually, we just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while chatting. Sometimes we go out to the local food stalls nearby. The light in the office is okay, but we use extra lamps when it gets cloudy outside. It feels like a small family here since there are not too many of us. We deal with whatever comes in through the door. We don't worry about being the biggest office on the block.
