Our office is located out in Vasai, near Cross Lane. It’s a bit of a distance if you are coming from the main city, but it’s where we’ve set up Capita India Pvt Ltd. The address is linked to the Tal Post in the Thane district, and the PIN is 401201. Being in the state of Maharashtra, we experience all the local seasons, and the monsoon here can be something else. The building we are in is quite plain, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have our computers and our basic furniture. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come with running things from this location. It’s not a very loud area, which is a bit of a relief compared to the center of Thane or Mumbai. We have a routine that we stick to, starting early and finishing up when the light starts to fade. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get through it. There are a few local shops nearby where we get our supplies and the occasional afternoon snack. We don't really have any big corporate goals we talk about; we just focus on making sure the work is correct and the files are in order. It’s a modest way to work, but it suits us just fine for now and keeps us grounded.
