Our office is in Gautam Complex, Sector 11, right in the middle of CBD Belapur. We are up in the A Wing, specifically in room 504. It is one of those busy parts of Navi Mumbai where there is always something going on outside on the streets. The morning commute can be a bit of a headache depending on which side of the city you are coming from, but once you get inside the building, things quiet down a little bit. Capgemini India Pvt Ltd has been based in this particular spot for a while now. The space isn't overly fancy or anything like that, just a functional area where we all have our desks and computers set up. We usually grab tea from the small shops nearby when we need a break from the screens. The windows give us a view of the other buildings in the sector, which is mostly just more offices and some local shops. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the air conditioning is usually running. We have a mix of people working here, some have been with us for years and others are fairly new to the team. We do not really do the whole corporate polish thing here; we just focus on getting through the day's tasks. There is a lot of chatter during lunch in the small break area about local news or whatever is happening. It is just a regular workplace where everyone knows each other.
