Our office for Capgemini India Pvt Ltd is located in Flat 201 A of Siddhi Appts, which is right above Kevalya Hospital on Ghodbunder Road in Thane W. It is a very busy road, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but once you get inside the flat, it is not too bad. We have been here for several years. Being above a hospital means people are always coming and going, so the building is never really quiet. We use the apartment as our primary workspace. It has got enough room for our small team to sit and get through the daily pile of work. We do not have any fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of our stuff is just functional and gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people over the phone. Ghodbunder Road is a good place to be because everything is nearby, though getting here in the evenings can be a bit of a struggle with the Thane traffic. We are not a corporate giant with a massive building. We are just a small group working out of a second-floor flat. We focus on the tasks at hand and do not worry too much about looking like a big company. It is an honest way to work, and we have made it work for us all this time. We just keep at it every day and try to finish our work.
