At Capgemini Consulting I Pvt Ltd, we work out of the Crown building in Hiranandani Estate. We are specifically in room B 601. This is in the Patlipada area, just off Ghodbunder Road in Thane, Mumbai 400607. Hiranandani Estate is a huge place, so it took us a little while to get settled in. Our office is on the sixth floor. It’s a decent sized room where we have all our equipment and files set up. The area around Ghodbunder Road is always under construction or full of traffic, so getting here can be a bit of a journey some days. Inside the office, things are pretty quiet. We spend most of our time on our laptops or in small meetings. It’s not a very formal place; we dress casually and keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't have a big team here, just enough people to handle the work we get. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so we have to keep sweaters at our desks even in the summer. We like the location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. We don’t try to sound like a big corporate machine. We are just a group of people working together in a nice building in Thane. It’s a very standard office setup where we focus on getting our daily tasks finished. We might not have a fancy lobby, but our floor is always busy with people working hard.
