Our place for Cadzin Store Llp is at Flat 901 in the Levante CHS, which is situated on Plot 257 in Panvel. It’s a bit of a mix because it’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a standard office at all. Being on the 9th floor gives us a decent view of the Raigarh area. It’s actually in the Khalapur region if you look at the official maps for Maharashtra 410206. Panvel is growing so fast, and we are right in the middle of all that new construction and noise. Working from a flat means it’s a bit more relaxed than a glass building. We have the kitchen area for breaks and the living room is where most of the desks are set up. It feels more like a home than a shop or a corporate office. Sometimes the neighbors are moving around or you hear kids playing in the hallway, which is just part of being here. We deal with store operations and technical bits from this space. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a quiet spot once you’re inside the apartment. We don't have any big signs outside, just the name on the door like everyone else. It’s a practical way for us to run things without the high costs of a commercial mall. We just get on with our work day by day and try to keep things organized.
