We’re based in Kalwa, over at Manisha Nagar. Our office is in Building 43, room 204, of the Vikrant Cooperative Society. It’s a very local spot in Thane. We’ve been in this society for a while now, and it’s a good place to work from. It doesn't feel like a cold, glass office tower. It feels more like a part of the community. The 400 605 area is where we spend our weeks. We don't have any flashy signs or a big reception area. It’s just a standard room where we handle our business. There’s usually someone around to answer the phone or look at the mail. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. We don't use big words or try to sound like a giant multinational. We’re just a team in Kalwa doing our daily work. The atmosphere is pretty quiet most of the time, which helps us focus. We have our coffee breaks and chat about whatever is going on in the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded way to operate. We handle the paperwork, deal with the clients, and make sure everything stays on track. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s real work. We appreciate the simple setup we have here. It’s close to home for many of us, which makes the long days a bit easier to manage. We don't need any promotional talk to explain ourselves. We just do what we do and try to keep things moving.
