You can find us at Ashthavinayak CHS, specifically in B 56 13, Sector 10 in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. This is a residential area, so it feels quite calm compared to some other parts of Mumbai. We’ve been operating Bpo from here for a bit now. The space is simple. We have our desks lined up against the walls and everyone has their own spot. It’s a bit of a climb up to the office, but you get used to it. Most of the people working here live nearby in Sanpada or take the train to the station and walk over. We start our day by opening the windows to let some air in before the humidity kicks in. The work is mostly data and some calling, nothing too fancy. We don't have those big glass partitions or expensive coffee machines. We just use a regular kettle for tea. It feels more like a small community than a stiff office environment. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a lot to finish, but usually, we head home when the evening rush starts. It is a decent place to work, and the neighbors in the building are friendly enough. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It's a humble setup but it serves its purpose for everyone involved. We just try to get the work done right.
