Our place is called Dutta Nivas, located in Shantaram Patil Nagar over in Mohone. It’s in the Kalyan area of Thane. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s home. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. It’s not your typical corporate setup. It feels more like a house because, well, it is. We’ve converted part of it into our working space. We handle a lot of the local distribution and service calls from here. It gets busy, especially on Mondays when everything piles up. The neighborhood is friendly, and we've gotten to know the people around us over the years. We don't really go for flashy advertising or big signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and see us working. We focus on the practical side of the business. If something is broken, we try to help get it fixed. If someone needs a part, we see if we have it in the back. It’s a very direct way of working. Sometimes the rain in Thane makes things a bit messy, but we just clean up and keep going. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just what we need to get through the day. It’s an honest, local operation and we’re proud to be part of the Mohone community.
