Bitgenie Technologies Private Limited is based out of Thane West. We’re in Devpuja Apartment, specifically House Number 103/A near Dhokali Naka. It’s right on Kolshet Road, which is a pretty busy spot. Our office isn't some fancy high-rise; it’s a comfortable space where we get our work done. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Working in tech means things don’t always go according to plan, so we spend a lot of time debugging and figuring things out. It’s a lot of trial and error some days. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because the work itself can get pretty intense. The Dhokali Naka area has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops now and the road gets much more crowded than it used to. We usually have tea together in the afternoons to take a break from the screens. It’s just a small group of us, so we all know each other well. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If someone has an idea, we just talk about it over our desks. It’s a practical way to run things. We’re just local people from Thane trying to make good software and keep the business going. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a mess, but we still show up and get to it every day regardless.
