Biond Software Technology

Our office for Biond Software Technology is actually in an apartment building called Uma Darshan. We are in Room 101, right in Patil Nagar at Ganesh Chowk in Manjarlee, Badlapur West. It is a bit unusual for a tech company, being in a residential flat, but it works for us. We have our computers set up where a living room would usually be. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood outside, kids playing or people going to the market at the chowk. It is a lot more relaxed than those big offices in Mumbai. We sit here and work on software projects for most of the day. The internet connection is our lifeline, so we are always checking on that. Since we are in an apartment, we have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and snacks. It is a small group of us, so we know each other pretty well. Sometimes we work late into the night when the building is quiet. Badlapur is a growing place, and being here in Patil Nagar feels like we are part of the local community. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby, just a door with our name on it. It is a quiet way to run a software business, away from all the corporate stress, just focusing on our screens. We just like writing code and being close to home.
