Bharti Axa Life Insurance

Our little spot is located at C 16 Anant Niwas, right by the Gograss Wadi Gate in Dombivli East. It's a busy part of Thane, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to catch the local trains. The Bharti Axa Life Insurance office itself isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The building is older, so it has that lived-in feel which some people like. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the street and the gate opening and closing throughout the day. We spend a lot of time sorting through folders and answering the phone when it rings. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at the same time, but we just pull up an extra chair from the back. The afternoon sun hits the windows directly, so we usually keep the curtains half-drawn to stay cool. There’s a small grocery store nearby where we grab snacks during our breaks. Living and working in Dombivli means dealing with the humidity, but we’re used to it by now. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical office where we sit and do our daily tasks. Most people find us easily because the landmark is quite well-known in this area. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized with all the files. We keep a small radio in the corner that we play sometimes when it’s quiet.
