Beena Engg. Works

You can find Beena Engg. Works at B-2 in the Patil Compound. We are situated right opposite D-26 in Phase-II of the MIDC area in Dombivli East. This part of the Kalyan Shill Road is always busy with heavy vehicles and dust. It is a tough place to work, especially in the summer heat. Our workshop is one of many in this compound. We do mostly engineering jobs, cutting metal, and welding things together. It is noisy and there is always a smell of burnt metal in the air. We have been here in Dombivli for many years. We know the other shop owners in the Patil Compound well. We help each other out when a machine breaks down or when we need an extra hand with a heavy lift. Beena Engg. Works is not a place for meetings or polished presentations. We talk over the sound of the machines. The floor is covered in metal shavings and we probably need to paint the walls again, but we never seem to get around to it. Most of our customers are from the surrounding MIDC area. They know we are here and they know we just get the job done without a lot of fuss. It is a practical way to run a business. We start early in the morning before the traffic on Kalyan Shill Road gets really bad. It is just how we operate day in and day out.
