We are based in Dombivali East, right on Dr R P Road at the Abhuday building in B Wing. Bechtel India Pvt Ltd is directly across from the Ram Nagar Post Office, so it is a very easy spot to find. This part of Maharashtra is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a straightforward place. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of files tucked away in corners. It is not a showroom; it’s a working environment. We don't spend money on expensive decor because we would rather just focus on the job. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for a long time and some younger faces too. We don't have a rigid corporate culture here. We talk to each other plainly and solve problems as they pop up during the day. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge, but we still make it in. It is just part of living and working in this area. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. We don't use marketing talk or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a group of people working out of a building in Dombivali, trying to stay organized and get through the workload. It’s a real place with real people doing everyday work.
