Baser Associates

Baser Associates is based in Thane, up on the 3rd floor of the Anant Smruti building. We are in Room 26, which is a decent-sized space for what we do. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a bit of a walk up every morning, but it keeps us away from the street noise. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. It is not a high-tech center or a luxury suite. It is just a workplace in Maharashtra where we handle our daily business. We have been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty set. We show up, check the messages, and start on the day's tasks. There is no big corporate vibe here. Most of us just wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or trying to look bigger than we are. If someone calls, they talk to one of us directly. It is a small operation, so everyone knows what is going on with the different files. The building itself is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the elevator being slow sometimes, but we like it. We focus on the work that needs finishing and do not worry too much about the rest. It is just a solid, local spot where we get things done without a lot of fuss. We are usually here until the evening.
