Bansal Investment & Consultancy is tucked away in Phase-II of Happy Valley, right here in Manpada. If you know the Tikkuji-Ni-Wadi Road area, we’re in Building Noa-12 at G-4. It’s a pretty quiet spot most mornings, which helps when we’re looking over papers or talking to people who walk in from the neighborhood. We’ve been at this Thane West location for some time now, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks, some chairs, and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. Most days, it’s just us handling the usual investment and consultancy tasks that come our way. People usually find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. It gets a bit busy in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the windows, but we just pull the blinds and keep working. Dealing with money and advice takes focus, so we try to keep things simple and direct. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with suits and flashy signs. It’s more about sitting down, having a glass of water, and figuring out what needs to be done. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, but inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the fan and the keyboard clicking. We like being part of the Manpada community and seeing the same faces around the building every day.
