We aren't trying to be anything other than a place where you can get your banking handled. Being in India, especially in a place like Thane, means there is always something happening outside our windows. We have a small team here that manages everything from the front desk to the back office. We have been at this location for a good bit now, so we have seen the neighborhood change and grow. It is a lot of hard work keeping up with everyone, but we enjoy the pace. You won't find any fancy lounges or free coffee here, just a place to get things done. We try to be helpful and direct when people ask us questions. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking to people about their accounts.
