Our shop is located in Subhash Nagar, right off Pokhran Road Number 2. It’s near the pipeline and behind an industrial area, close to the old tabela. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not from around here, but once you know the landmarks, it’s fine. The office is just a single shop unit, number one. It’s a small space, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. We mostly do IT work and infoways stuff, which means there are always computers being worked on or cables being sorted. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we’re always wiping down the monitors. There isn’t much room for a break area, so we usually just step outside for a bit of air. The local kids play nearby and there’s a lot of neighborhood chatter. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have a big HR department or a cleaning crew; we just tidy up after ourselves. The light in the shop isn't great, but we have enough lamps to see what we're doing. It’s a practical, hardworking little spot. We know the shopkeepers next door and we all look out for each other. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we get things done without any extra fluff. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we just want to get the work finished correctly and go home.
